I ordered a Smok Infinix, however was disappointed that it was dead upon arrival. The staff at Premium Vape though went above and beyond to help rectify the situation ASAP. Although disappointed with the initial product, I am elated with the friendly and fast customer service and the rectification of the issue!

Great Pods - Get about 7 refills each
These pods are easy to fill and cost effective as I can refill them at least 6 times if not more (so long as you don't burn the wick/coils) and mixing flavours to get a custom blend is really fun.

Except the cotton burnt in both pods within days...?
Always had enough juice in it, waited a long time before first drags. Googling it... seems to be a bit of a thing.
Will get some replacement pods down the track and use it.
A good product otherwise.
